Thunder Domes IITM
feature an advanced two piece design which controls heat transfer from
the cylinder to the head allowing balanced cooling for maximum
performance and detonation resistance. The snowmobile industries most
popular selling high performance cylinder heads, are manufactured from
6061-T651 aircraft certified billet aluminum. Thunder Domes IITM
dramatically improve throttle response, ease of starting and provide a
15%-20 % improvement in fuel economy! LPI designs all Thunder DomesTM
using the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) and thermodynamic modeling
software to extract the most horsepower, efficiency and fuel savings out
of each application!! Thunder Domes IITM
will provide a 4-5 sled length acceleration advantage over stock sleds
in a 1000' Gain 6-8 horsepower at peak (11-12 hp midrange on twins) on
pump gas!! Optional "SR" (Special Race) chambers designed for race fuel

chamber profiles, LPI machines your stock head castings to accept our
famous
Thunder Dome IITM
interchangeable
combustion chambers. We eliminate the stock head gasket and replace it
with our superior o-ring seal design. Provides a 6-8 horsepower gain on
pump gas with a 15-20% improvement in fuel economy!! Dramatically
improves throttle response, ease of starting and trailability, yet
retains stock appearance!! A must have for all piped or modified
Storms!!
Comes complete
with hardware, choice of chambers, o-rings and installation
instructions. This modification is part of the

POLARIS XC/RMK 600/700 RMK 800 THUNDER DOMES IITM
- High
performance interchangeable combustion chamber cylinder
head assembly for the XC/RMK 600/700/800. Thunder Domes IITM
feature an advanced three piece design with the traditional LPI
interchangeable combustion chamber domes, outer shell and a new rigid
cover assembly with a built-in optional thermostat . The color anodized
outer cover allows 35% more coolant flow over the combustion chamber
areas for improved thermodynamic heat management and is designed to
function as an upper cylinder "torque plate"!! The snowmobile industries
most popular selling high performance cylinder heads, transforms the
potent XC/RMK 600/700/800 into a "trail scorcher"!! Manufactured
from 6061-T651 aircraft certified billet aluminum, Thunder Domes IITM
dramatically improve throttle response, ease of starting and provide

are a two piece structure manufactured from 7075-T651 aerospace
grade billet aluminum, the strongest grade aircraft aluminum available!
Thunder DomesTM
are 50% stronger than the stock head and allows you to custom change
compression ratios instantly with our unique interchangeable dome
design! Combustion chamber dome profiles and squish band clearances are
computer designed and engineered for each specific altitude and fuel
requirement thereby maximizing horsepower and efficiency out of each
drop of fuel!! Allows the rider to easily substitute compression ratios
for altitude changes or peak performance , A must for any XLT/XCR, with
a 7-8 HP gain (most models) on pump gas!! This is the least expensive
and most effective modification that you can perform in under an hour!!
